We will happily grant a refund under the following terms:

  • 4.3 Cancellation’s must be informed within a minimum of 6 hours prior to the time of pickup.
  • 4.3.1 All cancellation’s informed 6+ hours prior to the time of pickup will qualify for refund after deduction of payment processing fee. (if its paid by electronically).
  • 4.3.2 Cancellation’s informed 3 to 6 hours prior to the time of pickup, there will be cancellation charge incurred: 50% of quoted price for provision of service.

No refunds will be granted if:

  • If the client leaves the pick-up point for any reason without informing DNR TRANSFER
  • If the client makes a booking on the incorrect date, time, or pick-up point.
  • Cancellation is less than 24 hours.
  • 4.3.3 Cancellation’s not informed up to 3 hours prior to the time of booking cancellation charge incurred: 100% of quoted price for provision of service.
